Review: by Alias:
A welcome reissue of this classic show, albeit as a 100 copy limited edition. An essential listening experience presented in excellent sound quality. Not much can be said about this one, you just need to hear it for yourself. Packaging is excellent. One very minor nit-pick, there's a slight error in the track listing for the bonus material - it's actually the complete circulating soundboard from April 22 1976 afternoon show, with the last two tracks (which aren't listed on the packaging) coming from the evening performance.
It's a nice first release for this Japanese Label. The three decade old soundboard recordings are great, though not quite up to today's' digital crispness. The material has been released before, but not in it's entirety. The covers are nice, though a little busy. The discs are one color silk-screened with a period photo. This is a highly recommended title for all Slow Train fans. Albeit an odd coupling, the bonus material from 1976 is wonderful as well.
