Bob played seven shows over a six day period in California. This set contains the first show and the last show. They are both nice quality audience recordings, and include two unique set lists. One of the more amazing highlights would have to be Tell Me That It Isn't True. This was recorded on the Nashville Skyline LP, but never performed live. After more than three decades, it sees it's live debut. Anaheim is also treated to a first time performance of Things Have Changed. The package photos and aesthetics are fairly nice. The discs contain two different, rather unflattering caricatures. They would have been tolerable had they been used as they were mocked up. The manufacturer decided to do something artsy, however, and created a negative of the artwork. It just looks scary. Click on the CD scans, and they will allow you to view the original mock-ups to compare. © 2002 Craig Pinkerton Bobsboots.com |
