Sounds like all the other 1984 shows. Although crisp, it's thin sounding and needs an EQ to get a good, warm feel. The major faux pas on this title is that It Ain't Me Babe was left off. There is no reason for this, as both discs are only an hour in length. To make things worse, the Gregg Sutton song is included. Other than this oversight, The full Dylan portion of the show is represented. This is a relatively rare release, being manufactured in a quantity of only 325 pieces. Watchtower simultaneously released four small quantity double sets in 1997. The other three titles are Best Wishes, Dallas, Texas, & On A Night Like This. The titles all use the same lackluster packaging. The fronts are all identical except for the small title. All of them have information mistakes. All silver discs are generic as well, with a full painted black face and a WTP logo and disc title in white. Each set is housed in a double thick jewel box. © 2002 Craig Pinkerton Bobsboots.com |
