Three years after it's original release, this great package was released by TAKRL . It has a deluxe black & white cover with a full cover photo from the 1-25-76 Houston show (2nd Hurricane Benefit)
The back cover photos are from the '75 tour and also listed are song titles and the matrix reference number. There were several generic labels used including blank, Spunk, and Monique d'Ozo.
Great audience recording. Most of the Madison Square Garden show 12-08-75.
Side 2 tracks are all duets with Joan Baez.
This is a great  recording of a great performance.
The last 'Rolling Thunder '75' show
Oddly two acoustic tracks from the show are missing, and the final two tracks are not from the concert! 'Knockin' is from Providence 11-4-75  2nd show;
and 'This land' is from Bangor 11-27-75
