Notes:
Four years after the first release, TAKRL again issued this LP in a different cover and with a new matrix. This 1978 release was issued in a deluxe black and white cover and is pressed from the same 'RAH 115' plates.

The original TAKRL versions release for this LP was the 1974 insert release. This version came out with a plain yellow label or a yellow 'Spunk' label

TAKRL used the same plates for this version as for the previous, however they lined out their own matrix of 1962 for this release and gave it the new 900 matrix. All of the other numbers from previous TMQ releases have been lined or crossed out. This LP was also included in the various ones released in the GWW cover.
