Cartoon cover:
In 1973 TMOQ created a  generic  cartoon cover  with a die-cut center hole, and issued 18 or so of their titles as collector's items in this numbered volumes series.  The albums had a unique additional reference number that generally matched the 'Issue volume number' for that LP. It has been suggested that this LP could possibly have been included as a 1975 release in this series.

Information:
This  LP is a 1975 release most probably from TMOQ-2. It is the same LPs as 1 and 3 of the classic TMOQ box  set from 1974.  It was pressed from the same plates. It has been attributed to Holy Grail Records because that was the name on the label of one release. Other labels used include a blank one, and Key Records (The Drug Scene etc.)
The source is: Inglewood forum, Calif. 2/14/74.  This is the electric set of the second show.
Good audience recording.
