The origins of this piece is not known for certain. 
It dates from 1970 or '71. It is most probably English. 
It is a copy of  'Just as well 24' and is slightly inferior in quality. No manufacturer or information is listed. 
The same LP came in two different packages. 47-A  is shown above. It has a rubber-stamp title, an insert that lists songs along-side nicely drawn Dylan caricatures, and a purple label with '24A' on one side. 
47-B came in a blank white cover with no stamp, blank pink labels, and the same insert.
