BAD TRADER:
Martin is the worst of the worst.
He is a
liar and a thief without conscience. We tried to help him. Then we
tried
to ignore him. Then we tried to warn others about him. Now that our
mailroom
is bogged down with hundreds of complaints against him, we are posting
this page as a public service. We hope that the information that we
supply
here will give folks all the info needed to stop him at all cost. He
should
NEVER be allowed to lie to, and cheat another individual. Martin is a
schoolboy
that steals from his parents to be able to help feed his habits. He has
lied to the staff of bobsboots.com repeatedly. We have offered time
after
time to help him make good on the hundreds and hundreds of CDs that he
has stolen. He refuses. He calls our honest traders morons for sending
him their discs. He has stated that he will continue to rip off
everyone
"stupid enough to deal with him" (his words). bobsboots.com
is now attempting to find Martin's parents' Name & address.
Please help us if you are able.
(After
all, he can change his name. It will be harder for him to change his
parent's
address). We will continue to warn our traders, and give them all
aliases
and mailing addresses for him as we get them. Below we have posted only
a small handful of the hundreds of complaints that we have on file
against
him. We have also included some of the emails that he has sent us.
Please
help us put an end to his cheating and stealing once and for all by
sending
us all pertinent information about him, and refusing to trade with him.
If you set up a trade, make HIM send the item first. Then, DO NOT send
an item in return!!! Remember, the number of discs that he has stolen
is
now approaching 1000!!! Do NOT send him ANYTHING in return.... EVER. He
has a long way to go to make restitution for his crimes.

He was a student living in Graz last year when he stole from so many,
but
also lives in Germany. He uses aliases to steal from others including
"Bob
Trader" Bobtrades@gmx.at We will keep all of his deceitful
emails,
along with the complaints against him, and forward them to anyone
interested.
This school boy has lied to, and deceived many. The biggest problem is
that he uses many names and various locations including Germany where
he
lives part time (probably with mommy and daddy). Any help with new
information
on this thief will be appreciated (especially the address and phone
number
of mum and dad)

The problem i have is money and too many trades at one time
that i couldn'd
handle them!!! I know its my fault, anyway i'm just a school boy. I
wanted to
make every trade allright, but i even couldn'd bye the blanks. I will

handle it at cjristmas days but you have to contact the angry
traders

comes to me and will kill me!!!!(i can sent you these mails!!!)
another problem is that gmx deletes all emails every 15 days, so i
lost all
wish lists can you help me.
I don't wanted xxxxxx to help me, because i know he has much to do
for life
(like me) and its not his problem.
The biggest problem was that i was moving to another place and this
costs me
more than i thought and costs me much to make it a good
livving.
i have now one dollar a day for life, when i have more i will by blanks
and
try to to the discs.
I only have an audio burner with 2X speed., i must go to a bureau to
burn,
because some discs have a copy protection but i can go there only once
in two
weeks, because other people sits there and work. i really got a few
mp3!!!
but i don't mind, but you don't believe there are more traders as you
think.
The next to weeks i will make the dylantree things good there are some
leafs
who are waiting for the discs.
Answer soon, i don't want that anyone tries to kill me, it all
gets
over my
head, i know its my fault i made too much trades
i think its ok when there is my name not the whole bad things about
me on
bobsboots.

I heard from a trader that Martin has
some psychical
problems. In case you don't know. This is only what I heard, so it may
or may not be true.
Before I heard this, I sent him e-mails
almost
daily for about 10 days, asking for my discs. Have been trying to get
in
contact with him before that too, but he has not responded since Nov.

I thank you for your help in working out
these
bad trades. Hope you find a solution. If he does have serious problems,
it's not that important that I get the discs, I think it's more
important
that he tries to work out those problems. All I would like then, is too
get a note from him or you that he won't be able to send me my discs,
so
that I can set up new trades to get those discs elsewhere instead.

this Martin Lambauer ruined a big part of

'Friends Will Arrive,
Friends Will Disappear'-tree. I was one of
his
plenty leaves in that
tree,where he acted at least under the
email
Bobtrades@gmx.at, but by
postings it seems that Higway61@gmx.at is
the
same person, such that he
ripped off still others.
I just sent him the 3 discs for the treed
discs,
but I know of others
who are hopelessly wating for 13 or even in
one
case 30 discs.
After several mails to him I told some
friends
about this guy - warning
them, One of them met Martin L once at a
concert
and still hat his phone
number. Phoning him and urging him to get
even
with the trades it firs
seemed that somtehing was getting better-
on
January 22 I received a
mail telling me: sorry, I promise to send
out
discs within one week:

Then, on February 4 he changed his
status page
at dylantree to: all
discs sent. But nothing happened. So I was
thinking
that he might be
telling the truth and the letter was amiss
with
the postal service - so
I posted my fellow leaves. The result is:

- showing that he used

personally
