1) I used to trade with Norbert from about 1980 for about 10 years.  I always 
found him to be reliable and honest, providing the material requested within 
a few days.  The quality of the material that I received from Norbert was 
extremely good.  I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a very 
reliable trader.
