Tangled Up In Blue *

This series was (as the title implies) meant to be a collection of acetate recordings. By this third issue, Howlin Wolf has taken the reigns, and the hodgepodge mess offered here is anything but. There are some interesting tracks, but it would be far better to find a collection that presents them in the context of the other material that was recorded at the same time. The packaging and accompanying info is fairly nice, but this one should be left to the completeists.
