Great photos, bold images, and crisp clean fonts that make everything easy to read. I particularly like the photos of the venues on the tray liners this year. This is one more incredible show. The performance, the sound quality, and the bonus tracks combine to make this arguably the best of this years crop. The highlights from the show are the Modern Times songs, and in particular the debut of Workingman's Blues #2 Another highlight is an incredibly dark, deep, and chilling Ballad Of Hollis Brown. The bonus tracks are presented in just as good a quality as Birmingham, and include some rare outings as well as the beautiful Nettie Moore that wasn't performed at Birmingham. Well thought out, well put together, and highly recommended. © 2008 CD Pinkerton bobsboots.com |
