Review:
A release from the earliest days of the Never Ending Tour with just G.E.Smith (Guitar) Chris Parker (Drums) and Kenny Aaronson (Bass). Not even any harmonica! Nevertheless, these are some of the best shows of Dylan's entire career, with inventive arrangements and powerful vocals throughout. This is not the complete show. The two grayed out songs were not included to allow the show to fit onto one disc. Neil Young is featured on additional guitar on the last 6 tracks. The sound quality isn't up to today's standards, and can at times seem a little distant, although by no means quiet. The overall sound is very good, however. Well defined and well spaced throughout. A very enjoyable listening experience.
