Review:
In late March and early April of 1987, Dylan and the Dead gather at Club Front in San Rafael California to rehearse numbers for the upcoming July tour. This great recording is the end result. Although it is a line recording direct from the console, it still has quite a bit of hiss. None the less, there is some great material here for fans of studio outtakes. Includes Garcia on guitar, slide, banjo, bv, and vocals on 'Boy In The Bubble' &  'Oh Boy'. Bob Weir -
guitar, vocals on Boy in a Bubble, Lesh - bass, Mydland - keyboards, Kreutzmann & Hart - drums & percussion. A fairly nice photo of Bob on the 'Temples In Flames' tour graces the cover, although there are some nice shots with the Dead that should have been used. The package is minimal. Typical from this Label.
