Review:
This massive effort is a 2008 reissue of the Scorpio sets from 1995 and 1999. It comes in a hinged box with the discs housed in clear plastic sleeves. There is a 24 page booklet included that has some wonderful photos as well as complete track listings, dates,  and venue information. The discs are basically the same as those issued by Scorpio, divided into the three titles. There is no manufacturer listed, but the CD design marks it as another release from the Wonderland Label, most likely without the blessing of Scorpio. This is an easy way to instantly add all three titles to your collection, and both quicker and cheaper than seeking out the original releases. Plus the book is a nice addition as is the DVD. The inclusion of this bonus makes the whole package even more desirable to anyone who doesn't already own these videos separately. There are some essential performances included such as early Folks songs, John Cash Show, John Hammond Show, Dave Lettermen etc. Theres a total of 31 songs on the DVD. There were 500 of these packages produced. Each one carries a sticker on the front of the box with an individual machine numbered ID 1-500. As there are those that enjoy printing their own covers, bobsboots.com aided in the creation of unique covers that are linked to above. The covers fit a double thick jewel case that can house the three discs in each set, or they can be cut to perfectly fit a single jewel case as well. There is also a single jewel case cover for the DVD. Scorpio mastered the original release in 1994 as their fourteenth project for that year. Thus, the set was issued with the catalog number 94-14. For reasons known only to them, Wonderland used the same identification on the first three discs. The remaining discs use a combination sequence. This is a herculean effort at making a truly nice collectible for the Dylan fan. It's not necessarily worth the cost for those who already own the original releases, but for those that can't locate those decade old releases, this title will keep you entertained for hours on end.
