It ranges from lackluster, monotone drudgery to powerful heartfelt anthems. Some of the better highlights featured on this set include a slick production of TUIB, a slow, powerful version of PFS, an anthem like SBTM, Jim Jones sounding like the released version, and a cool, jazz flavored title track. The tracks are digitally recorded from the audience, but some suffer from the distance of the recorder. The packaging is minimum, and barely squeaks by with a 'fair' rating. The single side printed front & back inserts are all that you get. Images and aesthetics are weak. © 2001 Craig Pinkerton Bobsboots.com |
