In actuality, it's probably slightly better than that, but there are so many great sounding tapes from this tour; that this one just pales in comparison. If you're truly interested in the venue, you'll probably be happy. If you're only looking for one of the good representations of the tour... you definitely won't be. The package aesthetics are fairly nice, with full track and venue info listed on the back. Along with companion disc Vol.2, this also includes the full show from March 18 at Groningen. This is only slightly better quality, and the way that it's broken up is silly. Note: Don't confuse this with the fantastic release One Hand Waving Free from the following month. © 2002 Craig Pinkerton Bobsboots.com |
